Altura is a small advisory firm for organisations that want AI and technology to change how work gets done, not just add another tool.
Our story
We started Altura because we kept seeing the same pattern. Organisations buy promising technology, run a pilot, and then nothing changes. The software works. The process around it doesn't.
So we work in the opposite order. We begin with the process: who does what, where work waits, and where errors creep in. Then we choose technology that fits. Only then do we decide where AI can take on real work.
The name means height, from the Latin altus. Height only lasts when it rests on something solid, so we build up in order: the process first, the technology on top of it, and AI at the top. Our three disciplines stack the same way.
